Notice monthly energy patterns in Cohera’s Rhythm

By Ella

A difficult day can colour how you remember the whole week. You might feel as though you’ve been struggling for ages, while the quieter days when things felt manageable are harder to recall.

Rhythm in Cohera brings your recorded energy check-ins and posting activity into a view of the month. Seeing them together gives you somewhere to begin looking beyond how you feel right now.

Notice the changes before judging them

As you look across the month, you may see days of resistance beside days when you felt steady or inspired. None of those colours needs to become a verdict on how well you are doing.

Instead, take a moment to remember what life was like around them. Your creative work may have been only one part of what was asking for your attention.

You could consider:

  • What was happening around the harder days? Think about commitments, uncertainty or demands you were carrying.
  • What do you remember about the days that felt easier? Perhaps you had more space, support or time with work you enjoyed.
  • Is anything familiar enough to notice again? One month may raise a question you want to keep exploring.

A gap simply means you don’t have a check-in for that day. You don’t need to fill in the story from memory or make the record look complete.

Give the pattern some context

Seeing a change doesn’t necessarily explain it. A busy week and lower energy may appear together, but there may have been other things happening too.

If a day stands out, your Journal can offer space to explore what you remember. A few words about the experience may be more useful than trying to find one reason for it.

Over time, you might notice something worth allowing for, such as a period that regularly asks more of you. That observation can inform your plans without becoming a prediction of how you will feel.

Take one observation into your planning

If you know a demanding stretch is coming, you could prepare some posts beforehand and review them in your calendar. Or you might choose to leave more space and share less during that time.

The useful question is what would support you, given what you’ve noticed. Your month doesn’t need to look more energetic for the reflection to matter.

Let Rhythm help you see the fuller picture, then carry one useful observation into the days ahead.
