Photos
- JPG, PNG, GIF, and WebP.
- iPhone HEIC photos are converted automatically.
- Up to 30 MB each.
Videos
- MP4, MOV, AVI, and WebM.
- Up to 1 GB.
- For the widest compatibility, export as MP4 (H.264).
Per-platform video size
Each platform caps how large a video can be. Cohera warns you if a video is too big for a platform you’ve selected: Instagram 100 MB, TikTok 287 MB, X 512 MB, YouTube 1 GB, Facebook 4 GB, LinkedIn 5 GB.
You can add up to 35 files to a post. Instagram carousels hold up to 10 images, and TikTok photo posts need between 4 and 35 images.
Some plans have a smaller video limit. If a file is too large, the composer tells you when you add it.
