Connect Instagram to Cohera
Connect with Instagram Login or Instagram via Facebook Page.

You can connect an Instagram account in either of two ways. Instagram Login goes directly to Instagram and does not need a Facebook Page. Instagram via Facebook Page uses a Facebook login that can manage the Page linked to your Instagram account.
Both paths require an Instagram Business or Creator account. Personal Instagram accounts are not supported.
Before you start
- An Instagram Business or Creator account (not a personal account).
- For Instagram Login: your Instagram login. No Facebook Page is needed.
- For Instagram via Facebook Page: a Facebook Page connected to that Instagram account and your Facebook login.
Connect with Instagram Login
- In Cohera, open Settings, then Accounts.
- Under "Connect a new account", choose Instagram.
- Approve access for your Instagram account.
- Return to Cohera, where Instagram now shows as connected.
Connect Instagram via Facebook Page
- In Cohera, open Settings, then Accounts.
- Under "Connect a new account", choose Instagram via Facebook Page.
- Read the short checklist, then select Continue to Facebook.
- Log in to Facebook, select the Page linked to Instagram, and approve access.
- Return to Cohera, where Instagram now shows as connected.
About audience insights
Instagram reach and views insights require your consent to the Instagram insights permission. If an older Instagram Login connection did not grant that permission, reconnect with Instagram Login and approve it if you want insights. Do not disconnect an otherwise working account just to refresh this data.
