Facebook Page missing or permissions denied
Check your Facebook login, Page access and connection permissions.
Updated 13 September 2026
Signing into Facebook and giving Cohera access to a Facebook Page are separate steps. A successful Facebook login does not always mean your intended Page is available to Cohera.
If you cancelled or did not finish authorization
The connection was not completed. If you still want to connect, open Settings, then Accounts in Cohera, choose the platform and complete the Facebook prompts. Review the requested access before approving it.
If Cohera says no accessible Facebook Page was found
Facebook did not return a usable Page for this connection. This can happen when you use a different Facebook login, lack the necessary Page access, or have not selected the intended Page when granting access. The message alone does not identify which cause applies.
- Check that you are signing into the Facebook account that has access to the intended Page. A personal Facebook profile is not a Page.
- Check your Page access in Facebook. You need access that allows you to create content. If it is missing, ask the Page owner or the person managing access to check it with you.
- Start the connection again from Cohera Settings, then Accounts. In Facebook, review the Pages available to Cohera and make sure the intended Page is included, along with the permissions needed for the connection.
- For Instagram, also check that your Instagram Business or Creator account is linked to that Page. Return to Cohera and confirm the intended account appears as connected.
If Facebook only says Permissions error
This message does not prove that you cancelled, that your Page access is wrong, or that Facebook is down. If you completed the prompts and the checks above do not help, contact Cohera support so we can investigate the specific attempt.
Send the platform, intended Page name, approximate time with your timezone, and the exact message through Contact Cohera support. If you include a screenshot, crop out the browser address bar. Never send passwords, access tokens or sign-in links.
