Delete your Cohera account and data

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time. It takes about a minute.

If you can sign in

Go to Settings, then Profile, then Delete account. It's in the same place on the Cohera phone app.

Or we'll email you a link

Enter the email address on your Cohera account. We'll send a secure sign-in link that opens straight to the delete step. The link works once.

What gets deleted

Your account, profile, posts, media, journal, connected social accounts and settings. If you have a Studio subscription, it's cancelled, so you won't be charged again. This can't be undone.

Payment records held by Stripe, our payment provider, are kept as the law requires.

Only want to remove Facebook, Instagram or TikTok?

Disconnect it in Settings, then Social accounts. Removing Cohera in that platform's own settings also deletes what we hold for it.

Have a confirmation code?

Facebook, Instagram and TikTok give you a code when you remove Cohera there.
